I’m going for Potosi, WI. I found a nice ranch house on 3 acres with a Mississippi River view for 98k. The mortgage will be around $350/mo on a 20year term.

I’m paying $775/mo in rent now so most of the savings will go to a newer ride almost immediately.

I’m normally a very patient guy. The sellers are driving me nuts though. They want to sell but also want to stay until next May. I figure if I’m going to pay their mortgage they should pay my rent. It’s not being received well.
